inclusive and educational community.

Our purpose is to provide a safe, engaging and empowering space where all hypnotherapists can connect, learn and grow, professionally and personally.
We host regular live zoom meet ups with national and international guest speakers, and offer replays on YouTube and our member portal.

Registered Member* (RHNZCH) - An annually renewable membership level is for Hypnotherapists who are actively working in the field. This membership comes with a Certificate with Registration number, monthly practicing support sessions, a welcome pack and ability to use the HNZ logo on website. Please see Learn More for membership requirements.
*Note 'registered' status refers to registration with Hypnosis New Zealand. This is not a government issued registration as it is unregulated in New Zealand.
Registered members are required to have yearly ongoing Continuing Education Credits, Supervision & Insurance.

Currently there are no regulations regarding offering hypnotherapy in New Zealand so it is up to the individual to choose to align with a self regulating body.
We require a high standard of entry to become a registered member holding a practicing number, which helps us align with different organisations wanting to safely incorporate hypnotherapy into their list of offered modalities.
